Industrial Development

Belvedere Industrial Development

Industrial development is rarely opposed in principle but may well raise issues of payments required by the local authority and possible delays. Questions of impact on amenity and traffic may arise, and financial contributions sought. Financial contributions may relate to training, transport, and other areas. This affects a sector of development.

Ray Welsh has many years experience of successfully promoting industrial developments, both large and small scale. These include a development of 165,000 square feet in Basildon for Land Securities and of around 1 million square feet in Bexley for DMI. Other recent schemes have been in Tower Hamlets, Kingston, Richmond, Southwark, and Greenwich.
